Foster Wheeler Power Systems, Inc. and PETROX, a Chilean state petroleum organization, have formed a company to develop a "bottom of the barrel" refinery processing and cogeneration project in Chile.
The new complex will be located adjacent to the existing PETROX refinery at Talcahuano, Chile. The PETROX refinery is one of the two operating refineries in Chile, both of which are owned by Empresa Nacional de Petroleo (ENAP), the national petroleum organization.
