Prime Minister Phan Van Khai rang the bell to kick start a business day at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in New York City on the morning of 23 June.

The NYSE is the second biggest stock exchange centre in the world after the NASDAQ centre, also of the United States. NYSE is home for 2,800 companies that carry a value of nearly 20 trillion dollars on the world financial market.
