Pacific Andes International Holdings, a Hong Kong-listed frozen seafood supplier, said it hopes to spin off its fishing unit China Fisheries International for a listing on the main board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading by the end of this year. Pacific Andes, the world's No1 frozen fish fillet producer by volume, said the SGX is now processing the listing application for China Fishery. The offering will be mainly new shares.
