How to Entrench Servicom in the Civil Service.

A wave of new consciousness of the need to and actually deliver prompt, effective, equitable and quality service to stakeholders interacting with Federal Ministries, parastatals or Extra Ministerial departments is being entrenched in the public sector, and it is evidently satisfying clients.

The new development is directly related to a number of factors, principally the concept of Servicom, the year-old public sector road map A[logical not]to providing the basic services to which each citizen is entitled in a timely, fair, honest, effective and transparent manneri and the untiring efforts of the office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation which keeps the career public servants on their toes through leadership by example and a programme of training.
