THE National Assembly passed the National Budget yesterday, leaving Ministries with less than nine months to spend the money that was approved.

Finance Minister Saara Kuu-gongelwa-Amadhila apologised for the late tabling of the Budget.

She said this was mainly because of the change in Government.

"In future we will try to be more punctual," she said.
