THERE WAS total bedlam on Tuesday evening at the premises of the British Council, located in the heart of Accra, when senior Judges, lawyers and some journalists were punished for their lack of respect for time.
The senior members of the Bench and the Bar as well as the pressmen had come in late for an important legal lecture organized by the Judicial Service in collaboration with the Ghana Bar Association, as part of events marking the celebration of Martyrs' day and the 23rd anniversary of the murder of three High Court Judges and a retired Army officer.
