[Presenter] The Iraqi government spokesman, layth Kubbah, has said that the United States does not plan to set up military bases in Iraq, dismissing the possibility of setting up any timetable for a current withdrawal of foreign troops from Iraq. The Iraqi official noted that the government seeks to include in the political process those who upheld resistance against the foreign troops before the elections took place.
