[Presenter] There has been a new scandal in Tver Region. Rescue work at the site of the environmental disaster there [15 June derailment of freight train carrying fuel oil] is under threat over a conflict that has suddenly developed between rescue services and railway officials.

[Correspondent Kirill Legler] The outskirts of the village of Zuevo are still covered in fuel oil. The rescuers will have to do a huge amount of work to clean up this whole area but there is no agreement on the banks of the Vazuza River. Ekospas rescuers have threatened to leave the …
