Bristol-based ethical bank Triodos has launched a major campaign to encourage people to invest in its renewables fund following its purchase of the Ness Point turbine.

The turbine off the East Anglian coast is the largest single wind turbine in the country.

The campaign to encourage investors to buy a share of the scheme is part of the Triodos Renewables share issue, an initiative that aims to raise GBP5 million for investment in a variety of renewable energy projects.
