PTT: Signing of Phu Horm gas sales agreement.

Section: SET Filing - PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) is please to inform that, on July 19, 2005, PTT will sign a gas sales agreement for the Phu Horm Project with a group of sellers comprises of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) (PTT's subsidiary), PTTEP Siam Limited (PTTEP's subsidiary), Amerada Hess (Thailand) Ltd., APICO LLC and ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Khorat Inc. in order to buy gas and supply to Nam-Phong power plant. PTT expects the sellers to start delivery of gas in April 2006 but no further than November 2006, depending on the completion of equipments and gas transmission pipeline. The …
