A KITTEN named Bubbles was recovering yesterday after spending two-and-a-half hours in a washing machine.
The nine-week-old kitten was lying in a pile of laundry and was accidentally popped into the machine.
His owner, Kanina Hulburd, 16, of Norwich, said Bubbles had been washed and spun for 30 minutes then left lying in a pile of damp washing inside the machine for around two hours.
OShe was breathing but she was very limp and had cuts when we found her in the machine,O said Kanina.
