A major plan to exploit the natural beauty of the Riyadh area and enhance it with exotic ingredients such as snow, wildlife and recreational, edutainment and adventure magnets is being offered up for development to private investors by the High Commission for Arriyadh Development, in a bid to unfold a world of family entertainment for Saudis as well as GCC residents
