Dalian, 13 July: The reporters learned from the Chinese Commerce Ministry on 13 July: While meeting in Dalian with European Union [EU] Trade Commissioner Mandelson who is attending a small-scale WTO ministerial meeting there, Chinese Commerce Minister Bo Xilai said: China hopes that the EU will adopt a more flexible stance on agricultural negotiations during the WTO Doha round of talks including abolishing export subsidies, reducing domestic support, and expanding agricultural market access.
