Emaar launches major residential projects.

Dubai Leading property developer Emaar has recently launched a number of projects within its prestigious Arabian Ranches and at the Views Community

At the Arabian Ranches, it has announced plans to develop an exclusive Portuguese-styled community to be known as Alvorado and Spanish-styled cluster villas to be marketed as Palmera

The Alvorado will offer single-family detached villas available in six unit types, ranging in size from 3,566 sq ft to 4,844 sq ft in three to five-bedroom configurations. The stylish Portuguese villas have been designed to reflect the essence of a Portuguese lifestyle and boast a relaxed ambience replete with large living spaces, rounded walls and decorative turrets

Palmera, meanwhile, comprises six-single-family, double-storey, semi-attached villas, which are open on three sides and accessed through a central entry courtyard. The total area of each residential unit within Palmera consists of two and three bedrooms, each ranging from 1,850 sq ft to 3,080 sq ft. They will have exceptional finishes, including ceramic tiles throughout villa and decorative colour palettes (Spanish style), kitchens with elegant cabinetry and granite countertops and joinery. The Palmera homes are expected to be ready for occupation by May 2007
