For over 10 years, Royal Gulf - a Dubai-based specialist in the sales and application engineering of HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) products - has been strengthening a partnership with the Al Basti and Muktha Group of companies that has been mutually beneficial and given it a sway over the local markets. A veteran in the UAE's vibrant and competitive HVAC sector, Royal Gulf has been a major supplier to the ABM group over the years, says a company spokesman

Royal Gulf - a member of Al Aqili Group of Companies, one of the leading groups in the UAE and Iran - represents major manufacturers from across the globe. "We have an installation base of more than 100 projects. Our success has been achieved through selling products, supported by accurate application engineering that complies to the specifications of consultants," he adds

"Customer satisfaction has always been the bedrock on which we have based our success. Performance, services and product reliability are the three principles which have helped us in expanding our customer base and brought us among the top few HVAC sales and service establishments in the UAE. We are a team of focused engineers and technicians and are dedicated towards the sales and marketing of innovative and cutting edge HVAC products in the country," he points out

Royal Gulf started its service facility as an in-house workshop for warranty and after-sales services. The company has since then grown to be a full-fledged HVAC service centre, providing warranty and after-sales service for products and equipment supplied by the company, HVAC annual maintenance contracts, installation and commissioning of equipment, upgrading and modification of air handling units and supply and replacement of spare parts

In addition, Royal Gulf has a pre-insulated air duct fabrication unit. Managed by a team of highly skilled technical staff - who have been extensively trained by the company's various principals - this 4,000 sq ft service centre is equipped with pneumatic machines, cutting machines and automated spraying systems

"The ability of the company to offer the entire range of HVAC service solutions under one roof with strong application engineering support and customer service through mobile teams, has given it a definite edge over the competition," he points out. Over the years, Royal Gulf has accumulated an impressive project portfolio and has been associated with a number of prestigious projects including, the, Hilton Beach Club, new exhibition halls at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Emirates Engineering Training Centre, Burj Al Arab, Wafi Mall, Sharjah City Centre, Ajman City Centre, Dubai Airport Free Zone, Nad Al Sheba, Bank Melli Iran, Madinat Jumeirah, Grand Hyatt Hotel, Grosvenor House Dubai, Sheraton Hotel, Dubai Marina, Emirates Hills, among others. Royal Gulf represents some of the reputable brands in the HVAC sector including Mekar, Wesper, Novovent, Kruger, Decsa Cooling Towers, Airwell Split AC System, Hodgson & Hodgson Group, Europan, Christie & Grey (UK). "These manufacturers are world-renowned and have a presence in many countries," says the spokesman
