Moscow, July 13: Russian natural gas monopoly Gazprom (GAZP) has estimated the value of its subsidiary Gazprom Media at 100m dollars for an upcoming deal to sell the media holding to another of its subsidiaries Gazprombank, according to a source familiar with documents to be considered by Gazprom's board of directors, Vedomosti business daily reported Wednesday [13 July].
Gazprom also plans to acquire a stake in Russian power grid monopoly UES (EESR) from Gazprombank. Shares of Russia's largest regional power utility Mosenergo were not included …
