The Niger Delta Development Commission (ND-DC), has pledged to collaborate with the National Electric Power Authority (NEPA), to ensure repairs of the faulty 30 MVA transformer at the Delta 4 Station, Ughelli, Delta State, which has thrown over five local government areas into total darkness.

NDDC Managing Director, Chief Emmanuel Aguariav-wodo, who was inundated with problems of electricity by the people when he visited the areas on inspection of projects being executed by the NDDC, stated the preparedness of the commission to assist in restoring light to the areas.
