Rehnquist hospitalized with fever

U.S. Chief Justice William Rehnquist, 80, who has thyroid cancer, was admitted to Arlington Hospital on Tuesday night due to a fever, a Supreme Court spokeswoman said. No further details were available. Rehnquist has been the subject of rumors he would step down.
