What does it take to convince a court in Washington State that last year's gubernatorial election-"won" by Democrat Christine Gregoire by a 129-vote margin--was irredeemably flawed? Apparently, rock-solid evidence of dead people voting, felons voting, provisional votes being mishandled, and votes mysteriously appearing and disappearing is not enough. Republican candidate Dino Rossi found just such evidence, and challenged the results in court, but on June 6, Judge John Bridges dismissed Rossi's lawsuit.
