Jul. 7--The Government Savings Bank, bolstered by a cabinet decision asking it to help out, says it intends to move forward with proposals for restructuring the debt for Don Muang Tollway.
The GSB had been reluctant to move on a plan for the company's 10.2 billion baht worth of debt plus 1.49 billion in additional accrued interest, because the Tollway company was not classified as non-performing, and the firm continued to service its obligations.
