Jul. 5--Indorama Polymers, a manufacturer of PET polymers, plans to float 320 million shares at a par value of one baht in its initial public offering later this month.

Another 48 million shares will be reserved for a greenshoe option. SCIB Securities is advising the offering, set for bookbuilding on July 13-14, with pricing to be announced on July 15 and the subscription period set for July 19-21. Shares are expected to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in early August.

Funds raised from the offering will be used to repay some one billion baht in domestic debt, as well as finance a new factory expansion ...
