Jul. 6--Starting next fiscal year, undisbursed budgets of state agencies will be used to rate the efficiency of executives of each state enterprise, according to Deputy Prime Minister Somkid Jatusripitak.
He announced the decision after learning that only 30 percent on the 357-billion-baht allocated investment budget had been used by state agencies in the first half of this year. It is also highly possible that they will use only 75 percent of the total for all of 2005.
