Jul. 6--Amata Corporation Plc, the industrial estate developer, has signed a joint-venture agreement with Holley Industry Group of China to invest 10 billion baht to develop China Industrial City, to attract investors to Thailand.
Viboon Kromadit, Amata's senior executive vice-president, said chief executive Vikrom Kromadit signed the agreement with Wang Li Cheng, the chairman of Holley Industry Group. The pact was one of 12 co-operation agreements signed at a Beijing ceremony during Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra's visit last week marking 30 years of Thailand-China relations.
