Valero Natural Gas Partners L.P. began operations in March 1987, as a result of Valero Energy Corp. and its subsidiaries undertaking a fundamental restructuring of their natural gas pipeline and natural gas liquids operations and transferring these operations to the Partnership. The Partnership operates in two business segments: Natural gas pipelines and natural gas liquids.
