Jul. 1--A new Internet-based multiple listing service will be opened by the end of the year to collate second-hand home listings nationwide.
The service is one of several initiatives by the government to help spur development of the second-hand housing market.
Veerachai Veerametheekul, the vice-minister for the Finance Ministry, said other measures included special financing support for second-hand home buyers.
