Bartle Bogle Hegarty is aiming to discover the next generation of directing talent with the launch of an initiative called Cutlets.
Every three months the agency will upload commercial test scripts on to the website www.cutlets.tv. Unknown directors who haven't previously worked on commercials will be able to submit a visual treatment, showreels and support material.
