Victoria Ward, a former senior executive at Grey London, has been named as the new chief executive of Nabs.
She succeeds Kate Harris, who is stepping down after five years as the head of the industry charity.
Ward, currently a partner at Eureka! Inventing, the innovation consultancy, will take over the job in August with a brief to evolve the role and profile of Nabs, which turns over pounds 2.5 million a year.
Her arrival at Nabs comes after 13 years in the marketing and communications industry, which she began as a researcher in TV production.
She freelanced in Paris for a year before joining BDDP in 1996. Two years later, she was hired by Grey London, and managed brands including Remington, Procter & Gamble's Febreze, Pedigree and Kitekat. She joined Eureka! ...
