Camilla Tappin, the marketing director of Leo Burnett, is set to join M&C Saatchi in the same role.
She will replace Judy Mitchem, who left the agency after five years to join Lowe London last month. Tappin will sit on the board alongside the agency's chairman, Moray MacLennan, and the chief executive, Tim Duffy.
Tappin will spearhead the agency's new-business drive.
