Jun. 21--William Coffman watched the replay as Greg Biffle spun his tires after winning Sunday's NASCAR race.

The Staunton resident was upset that Kasey Kahne didn't win but was nonetheless amazed as he watched the last laps unfold on a cell phone.

"Man, that's cool," Coffman chuckled, the sounds of engines roaring from the tiny silver gadget as he stood in the atrium of the James Center yesterday. "This is as neat as it can be."

Starting today, Verizon Wireless subscribers have access to video and other multimedia content on certain mobile phones, as the company launches its broadband network in the Richmond area. …
