Sixteen teachers received grants this year from the MTNA FOUNDATION FUND. A total of $11,775 was awarded to recipients to help fund continuing education and professional development projects. Butler, Washington; Beth Chambless, Georgia; Anne Clark, Kansas; Joan Kruckenberg, Colorado; Sherry Lenich, Arizona; Helen M. Morrison, Florida; Emily K. Schultz, Wisconsin; Melanie Slater, Utah; Kathleen Spaargaren, Tennessee; Sandra Steele, Utah; Diana Desiree Stocksdale, Missouri; and Evelyn Westwood, Utah.
