A lawsuit by two women who claimed to have been sexually assaulted by University of Colorado football players or recruits obviously had merit, because it led to massive changes in athletics recruiting, leadership and policies at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

But their lawsuit was dismissed, and now instead of gaining justice, they will be losing big bucks. Lisa Simpson and an unnamed female plaintiff have been ordered to pay $124,692, which the university submitted as costs for ...
