Jun. 6--Amata Corporation Plc, the country's largest industrial estate operator, is aiming to expand its business by 20 percent to 30 percent annually over the foreseeable future to keep up with rising demand for land near the new Suvarnabhumi airport.
"The objective of this company going forward is to be able to increase revenues and profits by at least 20 percent to 30 percent annually, every year in the future," CEO Vikrom Kromadit said in an interview.
Amata, with nearly 20,000 rai in its land bank, has two major industrial estates operational in Chon Buri (Amata Nakorn), and in Rayong (Amata City).
