Target Logistics Buys ACI.(Transportation: Air & Expedited)(Air Cargo International and Domestic)(Brief Article)
Target Logistics acquired the New Jersey-based freight forwarder Air Cargo International and Domestic. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.
Target plans to merge ACI's operations with its Target Logistic Services subsidiary, which already has stations in ACI's primary markets, Newark, N.J., and Dallas. The transaction will benefit both "TLSI and the customers, employees and agents of ACI, who will benefit from the larger network and menu of services TLSI has to offer," said Stuart Hettleman, CEO of Target Logistics.
