Jun. 4--The property developer Tararom Enterprise Plc is confident that the overall real estate market will continue to grow by 10-15 percent this year despite negative factors including rising interest rates and oil prices.
President Wasan Kiangsiri said new property registrations in the first two months of this year totalled 12,000 units, so it was likely that registrations for the whole year could reach 72,000, up about 15 percent from 62,796 units recorded last year.
