Series XB(TM)900 LED Chips are available in blue and green with minimum radiant flux of 90 and 40 mW, respectively. For backlight systems using smaller chips, green XThin[R] LED Chips offer 10 mW brightness. Brighter chips mean less power is needed to meet brightness specifications for backlighting applications, minimizing energy consumption and need for active cooling systems.
