Which?, the consumer rights body and publisher, has appointed Watson Phillips Norman to handle its pounds 6 million customer acquisition task.

Which? is the new name for the Consumers' Association. It rebranded last year under the name used by its publications with a campaign by Rapier, the organisation's first retained agency.
Rapier was appointed in 2003 and Which? has since used the direct agency Bright on some of its projects. However, the account has been dormant in recent months.
Diane Franklyn, the head of marketing at Which?, said: 'We will be developing a raft of new and innovative initiatives to attract new audiences to Which? and build our subscriber base for the future.'
