UK Showcase, a group of UK pre- and post-production film companies, is embarking on an advertising initiative to attract Hollywood funding for the UK film industry.

The group, established last year, has appointed MBA to handle the campaign.

Key players in the initiative include Framestore CFC and The Moving Picture Company. It aims to market UK pre- and post-production facilities to US film companies shooting in the UK.

UK Showcase is hosting an event in the US in November to promote UK talent.
