UIA, the mutual insurance company, has appointed Draft London to its pounds 3 million creative account.
The appointment follows a four-way pitch, handled by Agency Insight, against Lida, Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw and WCRS. The incumbent, Archibald Ingall Stretton, declined to repitch.
Draft London will be responsible for promoting the company's portfolio of general and life insurance products.
The original pitch was called following an overhaul of UIA's internal structure, which led to the consolidation of the company's marketing and customer-management departments.
