Bank of Thailand has 39 lawsuits against top brass in court.

Jun. 3--The Bank of Thailand currently has 39 lawsuits worth 53.3 billion baht pending against executives of local financial institutions, according to Weerachat Sribunma, director of the central bank's Litigation Department.
Three cases are still under police investigation, including two involving former executives of the defunct First Bangkok City Bank and another dealing with an illegal credit foncier.
Another two cases are currently being prosecuted, with 32 under court consideration. Cases of malfeasance involving 11 billion baht in loans by Krung Thai Bank have been transferred by the Bank of Thailand to the ...
