Jun. 2--The luxury property developer Golden Land Property Development Plc plans to add a theme concept to its future housing projects with the aim of adding value and differentiating its offerings from those of market rivals.

Chief executive Liakat Dhanji said the company planned to spend 100 million baht to develop a community centre including a hairdressing shop, spa, childcare centre and small coffee shop in the Golden Heritage, a high-end housing project located in the Pin Klao area.

"The development of the theme concept in each project will respond to lifestyle of the target group in each location," he said. ...
