Jun. 2--Construction giant Ch. Karnchang expects revenues to reach over 10 billion baht this year, thanks in part to revenues booked from a five-billion-baht ground improvement project at the new Suvarnabhumi Airport.
The company plans to list subsidiaries Bangkok Metro Co, the operator of the Bangkok subway, and Thai Tap Water Supply on the Stock Exchange of Thailand this year.
Vorapote Uchupaiboonvong, a Ch. Karnchang vice-president, said at an investors' briefing yesterday that first quarter revenues totalled 2.42 billion baht, compared with the 7.77 billion recorded for all of 2004.
