"Petra: Lost City of Stone," a major exhibition devoted to one of the most fascinating and religiously important Middle Eastern cities of antiquity, has opened at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Mich., where it will be on view in the college's Prince Conference Center through Aug. 15.
Organized in collaboration with the kingdom of Jordan, the show previously ran in New York's American Museum of Natural History and then at the Cincinnati Art Museum.
