Where does it say that when this happens, people are entitled to outlandish sums of money for "compensation"? Where does this idea come from?
Every lawsuit has a winning and losing side, and a respective lawyer. The losing lawyers, no doubt, also are caring practitioners doing their best for their clients, as Mr. Bostwick stated.
