The College Republicans at Grand Valley State University MI are defending their decision to hold an "Affirmative Action Bake Sale," during which they priced cupcakes differently based on a customer's gender and race.
"We're going to deny that we did anything wrong," said sophomore Kyle Rausch. The group was scheduled to go before a five-person university panel.
