May 11--WOODBRIDGE -- The developer with plans to build a Walgreens at a busy Colonia intersection is seeking to add a drive-through window to the facility.

The Planning Board already approved a proposal for the planned 9,600-square-foot pharmacy, which has drawn criticism from area residents concerned about traffic at the site. But that proposal did not include a drive-through window because the Zoning Board rejected plans for that window in August.

The revised application was filed after the development company, Edgewood Properties, appealed the Zoning Board's decision and Middlesex County Superior Court Judge ...
