Ocean cargo containers that travel a validated secure supply chain from a secure loading dock through a port that is part of the Container Security Initiative to a validated Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism shipper will use a "green lane" to clear U.S. Customs without inspection in the near future, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Robert C. Bonner.
