Three winning contracts could be dumped.

May 9--The awarding of three contracts to winning bidders for the ambitious Bangkok Fashion City project may be scrapped due to the failure of protracted price bargaining if no agreement is reached soon, says Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara, the vice-minister for Industry.
