May 5--Johnson & Johnson (Thailand) Limited has doubled its marketing budget to 70 million baht this year in order to promote its new category of Carefree pantyliners.
The company hopes to boost total sales of the product by 20 percent and maintain its number one position in the 500-million-baht pantyliner market.
At the launch of the Carefree line, "Carefree Healthy Fresh", yesterday, managing director Phillip Lynch of Johnson & Johnson (Thailand), said that 78 percent of all women in Bangkok and 40 percent of woman nationwide wore pantyliners.
