May 5--Siam House & Home Co Ltd, a distributor of plastic doors and cupboards, has launched an "instant kitchen" suite as an alternative to the traditional wooden kitchen used by most middle-income families, said managing director Chuchai Daweenpongpat.

The four-year-old company was established to distribute premium ABS doors and cupboards under the King brand. The products are manufactured by Hun Phonic Enterprise Ltd, which applies German technology to inject foam to strengthen doors and frames.
