WCI Q1 boosted by price hikes
The leisure and retirement community developer's earning rose 17% to 35 cents a share, beating views by 3 cents. WCI Communities' orders rose 12% and sales prices climbed 22%. Revenue surged 76% to $466 mil. Shares fell 2% to 27.41.
